The villa is on the outskirts of the village of Roscanvel, on the beautiful Crozon peninsula, in the Parc Regional d’Armorique.  It is situated on a quiet road that leads to the viewpoint of the famous Pointe des Espagnols.   The house looks out onto the Bay of Brest.

Use of a car is highly recommended.
